1983 - 1985 - First assistant to cinematographers Venu, Shaji and  Madhu Ambattu 1985 - 1987 - Producer/Cameraman/Editor at Christian Medical College, Vellore. 1987 - Onwards working as Director of Photography. Worked as DOP in more than 35 feature films in 8 languages. Directed more than six short films and two TV serials. Studied with the world-renowned Polish filmmaker Zanussi, in his film “Life As A Fatal Sexually Transmitted Disease”, in Poland.
